Angel Food Pineapple Cake

Angel Food Pineapple Cake is one of my all time favorites. If you want a super moist cake with lot’s of flavor that is super easy to make! Then look no farther ! This is probably one of the easiest cakes you will ever make ever.

To make this cake you are going to need a long list of only 2 ingredients. Hard to believe that you can make a cake so quick and easy!

Your first ingredient is going to be a box of cake mix. Betty Crockers 16 oz. Angel Food Cake Mix. On the box it says just add water. Available at just about any grocery store in the baking section.

Second Ingredient is a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice. Any brand will work just fine.

Now forget about the directions on the box of cake mix. First step is to preheat the oven to 350% F. After that get yourself a nice big bowl and pour the entire box of cake mix in. Then open the can of crushed pineapple and pour the entire can into the bowl with the cake mix. Pineapple juice and all!

Mix the Angel Food Cake and Crushed Pineapple together with a spoon. When mixing it together it will almost seem foamy like it’s foaming up. Just mix it till your sure everything is all mixed together good.

Baking your Angel Food Pineapple Cake

After mixing your Angel Food Pineapple cake all together. Pour the mixture into an non greased Angel Food cake pan. Then Bake it in the oven at 350% F. for 35-37 Minutes.

After baking turn the cake pan upside down and allow to cool. Once cool remove the cake pan. Finally it is ready to eat! But be very careful here, Just one taste and your going to fall in love with this cake. It is worse than a bag of potato chips you just can’t eat only one piece!

I personally love this recipe because it is so simple and quick to make. There is always room with this recipe to put your own little spin on things and even change it up a bit. Just use your imagination a little. As you could cook it in a regular cake pan and cover it in crushed pineapples or even ice it like a cake. The sky is the limit, Throw in a little bit of shredded coconut and you got a Pina Colada cake. Yum!

I bet it would even go good with a little vanilla ice cream and may be even a drizzle of Red wine on top. I hear Red wine on Vanilla bean ice cream makes a yummy little desert.
